We’re not just selling dahlia tubers—we’re nurturing connection, shared growth, and moments of beauty that bring people together. And for our amazing growers, we take the fuss out of selling and add the joy of bringing people together through every tuber.

Tuber Sale Terms & Conditions

All Growers adhere to a Grower Code of Practice

  • All tubers are individually inspected for quality and a viable eye twice. Once by the grower and once by our quality control team at time of handover.
  • Stick to effective sanitation practices where possible
  • Monitor plant health and removal of and disposal of suspicious symptoms
  • All stock has been bloom confirmed

Shipping & Handling

  • All shipping is within CANDA only
  • Ensure all shipping information is correct as we are not responsible for incorrect address
  • Shipping begins when weather permits. Roughly mid April.
  • You will receive shipping and tracking information when your order ships
  • Shipping charges are non refundable after order has shipped
  • We do not have a pick up option. All orders must be shipped

Refund Policy

  • Upon receiving your order inspect it immediately.
  • Check that you have received what you have ordered and all are labelled true to variety
  • Any concerns you must contact us within 5 days of receipt with photos. Concerns to be sent - blooms@dahliatubers.ca
  • We do not refund tubers after they have been planted in the ground
  • If a refund is approved a shipping label will be sent to you for the tubers return.
  • No refunds are given due to Virus stock as per the information below
  • No refunds are given for "ugly" looking tubers
  • Shippng costs are non-refundable

Dahlias and Viruses

  • Dahlias carry viruses and all our growers go to their best effort for a disease free environment.
  • We do not guarantee that our tubers are disease free as some can carry a dormant virus for a few years.
  • Virus can be contracted in the buyers soil or from neighbouring plants once planted. Bugs can also transmit upon planting
  • Please also note virus symptoms can be due to environmental factors and are not actually a virus.
  • By purchasing from us it reflects that the buyer understands this risk and no refunds are given due to virus.
